A Matcha with character, fragrance and intense flavor notes accompanied by a sweet aftertaste and silky body.

To produce this Matcha, only the fine leaves of the spring harvest are used. After harvesting, they are dried in semi-darkness, slowly ground in stone mills and packaged in small batches to preserve all their antioxidant and organoleptic properties. 

BREWING TIPS:

• Use 2g for every 250ml of water, plant based drink or milk.
• Dissolve the 2g of Matcha powder in 30mls - 50mls of hot water (maximum 86º) with a wooden spoon or frother.
• Pour over the remaining 220ml of drink (hot or cold).
