This coffee is grown in the Chunchuco Valley by a community of coffee growing families in an area that offers optimal conditions for the development of specialty coffee, altitude and cool climate.
The lot has been selected exclusively for Trabocca. This team highlights the profile of this coffee, notoriously bright and round in the cup, on our side, with the BEAT roast we have bright up the following attributes:
- Sweet aroma (Floral)
- Low acidity (Citric)
- Vanilla sweetness
- Fine chocolate finish
- Silky, clean and balanced body
If you are looking for a coffee with a classic profile, low acidity, that you can have by itself, with plant based drink or milk, you will like Estela for its round and sweet character in the cup.

- Altitude: 1700 to 2000 meters above sea level.
- Varieties: typica, caturra and catimor.
- Process: Washed.
