Course: Introduction to Specialty Coffee

Let's talk about origin is an intensive course that offers a clear perspective of the varieties, cultivation and production of Specialty Coffee (and how this affects the result in the cup), it includes:

- A presentation on the origin of this tropical berry and the work of a coffee-growing community dedicated to offering us the best quality seeds.

- A cupping session in which you will learn to perceive its attributes and how the production of each seed reflects in the cup. 

- An individual cupping kit with specialty coffee samples.

Days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 4pm
