Coffee grower Antonio Membreño has been in charge of developing its profile at origin with a 30-hour fermentation process in mucilage, followed by washing the seeds and a rest phase to finish nuanced its profile. Once dried and obtained the desired level of humidity, an exhaustive selection has been made to obtain a microlot with zero defects.

We recommend you enjoy it in Espresso or Filter.
